This is how Face Your Image works

• You have the opportunity to buy space for one or more thumbnails on the website Face Your Image.
• If you want to purchase multiple spaces for thumbnails on Face Your Image, you must purchase them individually, one after another!
• You may pay as much as you like for a thumbnail space on Face Your Image. However, a minimum of 10 Euro is required.
• The ranking of the thumbnails on Face Your Image depends on the price paid. The highest-priced thumbnail has the highest ranking. If multiple thumbnails are purchased at the same price, then the thumbnail that was paid for first is ranked before the one that was paid later. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a fixed ranking or a fixed sequence of multiple spaces purchased. PLEASE NOTE! Only full euro amounts are considered for the ranking. Cent amounts are generally rounded down.
• We do not manually influence the sequence of the thumbnails published on Face Your Image. The sequence exclusively follows from the aforementioned criteria.
• You are not purchasing any part of or any rights to the Face Your Image website. You are merely purchasing advertising space (the position of which depends on the above mentioned rules). This is intended to remain permanent for a one-off purchase price, however, at this point in time, we are only able to guarantee the operation of the website Face Your Image up to Dec 31, 2020.
• Images or links with or to right-wing extremists, criminal or pornographic contents or spam internet sites will NOT be published. The costs of any such thumbnails will not be refunded, nor exchanged! Any such funds received shall be donated to charitable organizations.
• Thumbnails and links which have been transferred to Face Your Image and paid for, cannot be changed or deleted, unless a valid reason exists. In no case shall we refund costs. Reselling of advertising space on Face Your Image is not permitted.
• Should you later change the content of your website to (right wing) extremist, criminal or pornographic contents, we have the right to immediately cancel your advertising space without compensation! We also reserve the right to take legal action should the reputation of Face Your Image be damaged.
• The images that you transfer to Face Your Image should ideally have a size of 95 x 95 pixels. Other formats will be scaled to size and possibly cropped by us.
• Images must be uploaded in jpg, gif (not animated) or png format and may not be larger than 5 MB.
• When you transfer images and links to Face Your Image, you warrant that you have all rights to them, and especially that you own the rights to all graphical material.
• The website Face Your Image is hosted by a large German ISP. In the event of server failure, we cannot guarantee you less downtime, than the provider guarantees us.
• On weekdays, we generally publish purchased and fully paid for advertising spaces within 24 hours. Please be patient, should high amounts of Face Your Image advertising space be purchased in peak times.
